Directions

Adults: Use 1 scoop (30 g) daily. Mix with 1 cup (250 mL) of water/milk/milk alternative/juice, or add to a smoothie. Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after exercise. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or antifungals. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
