Description

Emla Cream 5% contains two active ingredients, lidocaine and prilocaine. These are both local anaesthetics that are used to numb areas that would otherwise feel pain. The cream can be used for pain relief on the skin prior to procedures such as needle insertion and minor skin surgery in adults, children & babies. Emla is licensed to temporarily numb the skin prior to minor surgical procedures or such as needle insertion or dermal procedures such as laser tattoo removal
