Jamieson Lysine is an amino acid that is used for preventing and treating cold sores (caused by the virus called herpes simplex labialis). It includes Vitamin C and Zinc to help boost the immune system. Lysine benefits also include help in the formation of collagen. Additionally, the presence of Vitamin C may help with the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and/or gums.

Directions
Adults: Take 1-3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
